Glenmore Scholarship will be awarded to applicants who are enrolled for admission to one of the itemized eligible Human Medical programs. The Glenmore Medical Online Postgraduate Scholarship would mostly welcome applications from applicants from Africa.

Selection Criteria: Glenmore Scholarship will be granted on the grounds of academic excellence and the strength of a personal statement.  Applicants must have, or expect to get, the foreign equivalent of a UK first-class honors degree. Applicants are heartened to address the questions below in their personal statement (3500 characters maximum):

  • What particular elements of this program appealed you to the University of Edinburgh?
  • How will successful completion of this program at the University of Edinburgh profit your career and personal growth?
  • How will successful completion of this program at the University enable you to add to your society/region or country?

Benefits of Glenmore Scholarship

Beneficiaries of the Glenmore Scholarship will be offered full tuition fees for the period of the program of study.

How to Apply for Glenmore Scholarship

  1. Eligible Glenmore Scholarship applicants should complete an online scholarship application
  2. The scholarship deadline is 23:59 GMT 4th June 2021.
  3. To get access to the scholarship application system, candidates must have applied for admission to the University.  Please note that after submitting an application for admission, it can require about five working days for all routine checks to be completed and for access to be given.

The scholarship “online” application form is to be found in EUCLID and can be reached via MyEd our web based information portal at https://www.myed.ed.ac.uk .
